Siding Specialist is scheduled to replace my siding. What happens now?
Before we arrive we ask that all precious items be removed from interior walls that might fall due to siding installation. Power must be made accessible to run tools, and access to breaker box in case power is tripped. An area will need to be designated to allow the lumber yard to drop material, and a place to park a trailer for cleanup and tools. Objects such as lights, plugs, etc. will be removed before siding is taken off. When siding is replaced, these items will be put back in working order. The home will then be caulked and cleaned up and prepped for paint.
Is Siding Specialist licensed, bonded and insured?
Siding Specialist are licensed, bonded and insured in accordance with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board.
Why should I consider replacing my old windows?
The biggest reason why window replacement should be considered is the fact that new energy-efficient windows can prevent heat loss saving you money on your energy bill. Apart from their efficiency, new windows can add beauty, security, and home value.
